WHERE DOES STRESS COME FROM?
You already know this one, right?
It’s those people who keep nagging you, the work that keeps building up, the money troubles that keep popping into your thoughts… but wait.
Is it really those things?
Or is it something else?
Stress comes from… within. It might be a little hard to believe right now, but it’s not the outside factors. It’s not the job, the money, and the people that really create that stress.
Stress is caused by our THOUGHTS about those things. It’s an internal response we have to thoughts related to Fear, Danger, Lack and Loss.
Stress cannot exist unless we THINK it into existence.
So lets take care of this problem right at its root.
DAY 1 – INSTRUCTIONS
1. Find a quiet place to sit. Choose somewhere you’ll be left undisturbed for about 10-15 Minutes.
2. Make sure you are sitting Upright, with your back straight. Otherwise you could fall asleep during the technique. A standard chair will do the trick perfectly.
3. Rest your feet flat on the ground, shoulder width apart.
4. Place your hands in your lap, palms facing up.
5. Put in headphones, so you can follow the instructions clearly.
